Utilizing Out-of-Network Benefits
While I am not in-network with any insurance provider, I am able to provide you with a monthly superbill you can submit for reimbursement. Use the phone number on the back of your insurance card to contact your insurance company. Ask them about your behavioral/mental health benefits for "Outpatient Mental Health Office Visits." (CPT codes: 90834 for individual therapy, 90847 for couples counseling, 90853 for group therapy). I am happy to help walk you through the process, as I know it can be confusing!
